Proficient in SuiteScript (JavaScript-based scripting for Netsuite)
Skilled in Netsuite administration (roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports)
Comfortable working in agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies
Strong communication skills for ticket refinement and collaboration
Familiarity with Salesforce, and MuleSoft integration
