Senior Manager, HRIS and HR Technology

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and related modules, including Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Time and Attendance, and Learning
Serve as the project owner for all HR technology initiatives, overseeing vendor selection, system upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts to support digital transformation in HR
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to align systems with organizational goals, enhance the employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making
Establish and maintain change control and documentation processes that drive process improvement and compliance with data privacy and audit standards
Oversee configuration of business processes, security roles, eligibility rules, and calculated fields within SAP SuccessFactors while maintaining strong data governance
Manage the HR systems roadmap and backlog, prioritizing enhancements that optimize performance, strengthen HR analytics, and improve user adoption
Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and contractors to advance technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure system security, compliance with labor law and data protection regulations, and strong internal controls
Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation management to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
Develop and deliver people analytics dashboards and reports to inform workforce planning and talent management strategies
Stay informed on trends and innovations in HR technology, automation, and analytics tools, recommending new solutions that support business agility and digital innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong background in managing SaaS-based HR platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
Proven experience leading cross-functional HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Knowledge of core HR functions and how they translate into system processes such as the employee lifecycle, compensation planning, and performance management
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical system requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging all organizational levels
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus
10 or more years of experience in an HR Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role
5 or more years of people management experience
Experience managing vendor relationships and global system initiatives across multiple countries
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope

Preferred

Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience leading global HRIS implementations or supporting multi-country HR operations
Familiarity with HR data governance, compliance, and security frameworks
Strong understanding of emerging HR technologies, analytics tools, and automation platforms
Experience working in a large-scale, global organization (10,000+ employees)
