Responsibilities
Oversee and manage full‑cycle payroll processing for all employees
Ensure payroll is completed accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Lead, mentor, and support payroll staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment
Maintain and optimize payroll workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy
Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to resolve payroll issues and support business initiatives
Prepare payroll reports, audits, and reconciliations as needed
Stay current on payroll laws, tax updates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full‑cycle payroll processing experience
2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading payroll or related teams
ADP Workforce Now experience is required — strong proficiency is essential
Solid understanding of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and build strong cross‑functional relationships
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting team success
