Responsibilities
Identify and monitor accounts for past due invoices and communicate with customers to resolve issues
Decide when to hold certain accounts or orders if they become severely past due or unresponsive
Release orders for accounts that may exceed their current credit limit
Work collaboratively with sales representatives and account support colleagues to resolve invoice disputes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Customer service experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in a professional or corporate setting
Excellent communication skills
Preferred

Detail-oriented
Self-starter with the ability to handle challenging interactions with the sales team
