The Senior Manager, Operations – Connectivity Solutions is responsible for overseeing daily business activities and improving overall business functions while managing operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service delivery
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and ensure targets are met
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize business operations
Lead and mentor operations teams, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement
Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Streamline workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational challenges
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to optimize operational costs
Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth
Work closely with senior management to align operational objectives with business goals
Collaborate with Network Operations, M&A, Construction, and Finance, and other departments to support operational needs
Oversee large scale construction projects like Master Planned Development communities and any special projects that requires active participation
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk management framework
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership on operational performance and key initiatives
Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ a talented and diverse group of high-performing team members
Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including overseeing new team member onboarding and providing career development planning and growth opportunities
Empower team members to take ownership of their job and goals. Delegate responsibilities as needed and provide routine constructive feedback on performance
Create a culture that is consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement, and that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values
Lead team members using a performance management and development-focused approach to assist in goal setting, two-way feedback, and performance development planning
Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in construction and operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and reporting tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
