Responsibilities
Drive new commercial deposits and fee income by developing, expanding, and retaining treasury management relationships
Manage pricing strategy for products and deposits, evaluating market dynamics and client risk to ensure competitive and profitable solutions
Consult with line-of-business leaders to shape market strategies and support enterprise initiatives
Analyze competitive account analysis statements, prepare pricing proposals, and deliver high-quality sales presentations and RFP responses
Partner with internal teams to identify client needs across credit, foreign exchange, and wealth services, ensuring holistic relationship management
Mentor Treasury Management Officers and support consistent performance across the team through coaching and leadership
Represent Associated Bank in community and business organizations to build visibility, relationships, and referral networks
Support leadership by serving as a back-up resource for managing and guiding the treasury management team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Treasury Management, Accounting, or related field — or equivalent experience
10+ years of treasury management relationship, implementation, product, or sales experience with strengths in business development, cross-selling, and client retention
Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable
Preferred
AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification
