Fall Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities
Post open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct professional reference checks
Coordinate job fairs and hiring events: send invitations, manage logistics, and support candidates
Assist with onboarding new hires, including setting up HRIS records, co-leading orientations, preparing materials, and completing I-9 documentation
Create and audit employee files to ensure HR and regulatory compliance
Edit and update job descriptions across the organization
Qualification
Required
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Interest in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS or HRIS a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
