Responsibilities
Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable laws
Manage payroll processes and coordinate with payroll service providers
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Provide tax and audit support, including preparation of workpapers and documentation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with company leadership
Provide oversight, training, and mentorship to accounting staff
Qualification
Required

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other applicable laws

Expertise in accounting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes
Proficiency in financial reporting, financial statement preparation, and controller functions
Experience with ERP systems, general ledger management, and journal entries
10 years of continuous experience in accounting, demonstrating subject matter expertise
