Digital Marketing Coordinator - Paid Media

Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media) to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns. This role involves executing campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure compliance and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic/DSP platforms
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to refine creative, messaging, and audience strategies
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Digital Marketing Manager to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO improvements
Write and update website copy for events, promotions, and landing pages
Use CMS templates to keep website information current and optimized
Monitor and report on website metrics, including traffic and bounce rate
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of all media content across multiple platforms
Liaise with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of media assets
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve conflicts or issues to meet deadlines
Maintain accurate records of media schedules, changes, and approvals
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio to inform strategy
Provide status updates to senior management on campaign performance and project timelines
Ensure all campaigns comply with broadcast, digital media, and tribal gaming advertising regulations
Manage relationships with external media vendors, ad networks, and third-party partners
Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate solutions with vendors
Implement best practices to improve media trafficking workflows and campaign processes
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising innovations
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED; college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred. A combination of education and extensive experience may be considered
Two (2) years of experience in paid digital media management, media traffic coordination, or a similar role
Proficiency with paid media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic DSPs
Demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana
Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs and operational demands
Experience with casino/gaming industry advertising regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and integrated digital marketing strategies
Knowledge of creative development processes and ad copywriting
Experience with marketing analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio)
Understanding of emerging digital platforms and advertising innovations
Willing and available to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, as business demands
