Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
Promote a positive work environment through engagement programs and communication strategies
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Oversee performance review processes and coach managers on effective feedback
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees and supervisors
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA, etc.)
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
