Meanwhile Brewing Company is a community-driven brewery located in southeast Austin, known for its wide array of world-class beers. They are seeking a passionate and quality-focused Packaging Technician to join their production team, responsible for keg washing, canning line operations, and ensuring packaging quality.

Craft Beer

Responsibilities

Washes kegs and fills them with delicious beer

Assists with canning line operations. Folds trays, packs cases, keeps workspace clean

Performs packaging quality checks

Handles basic packaging, equipment, and facility maintenance

Operates a forklift

Handles hazardous materials properly

Meticulously documents every aspect of the packaging process – every time

Has strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

Assists with other duties as needed

Required

This is a full-time salaried position – that's 40 hours each week with occasional overtime

You gotta be 21 years of age or older

This job is physical. You'll be lifting 55-165 pound kegs, twisting/turning, reaching over your shoulders, climbing stairs, working in hot/cold/wet conditions, bending/stooping, and standing/walking

You must be able to work nights & weekends

You must conduct yourself professionally while representing Meanwhile Brewing Co. whether in the taproom or at an event/competition
