Responsibilities

Operationalize risk management processes leveraging data, technology, and process enablement to drive effective risk detection and assurance for healthcare compliance

Lead and develop the Risk & Assurance Enablement team (1-2 Associate Directors), ensuring delivery of dashboards, reporting, and enablement tools

Partner with Insights & Decision Science and Corporate ERC to enhance risk assessment, controls testing, and business activity reviews

Oversee the evaluation and implementation of compliance risk management solutions to support future-state technology stack proposals

Ensure integration of risk indicators and testing outcomes into Enablon and other systems for comprehensive reporting

Drive continuous improvement in risk management processes, leveraging analytics and technology to inform decision-making

Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and compliance across the ERC function and with enterprise partners
