Program Manager

Responsibilities
Dive into the realm of subscriptions, handling high-volume customer engagements
Coordinate with international teams to keep them informed about subscription-related changes
Collaborate with technology teams to manage subscription changes and understand their impact
Work on hardware, AI features, and subscription launches, which are the team's three main pillars
Support post-launch tasks, troubleshoot with customers, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction
Analyze customer sentiments and collaborate with the customer service team
Qualification
Required
At least 4-5 years of cross-functional experience with global teams and impact
In-depth knowledge of subscription models, ideally in consumer tech or large-scale streaming services
Ability to handle large volumes of work and manage changes impacting millions of customers
Preferred
Experience with AI and a curiosity for technology
Comfortable with in-house technology and understanding of how changes can impact a large customer base
