Responsibilities
Perform and oversee general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Manage and maintain billing processes within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Support month-end and year-end close activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve process efficiency
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounting, general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end processes
Proficiency in Workday Billing and financial reporting
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2+ years of GL accounting experience
6+ months of experience with Workday Billing
Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Preferred
Experience with process improvements and system enhancements is beneficial
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
