Responsibilities
Accurately enter AP invoices into the ERP system on a daily basis
Scan and electronically file all invoices and related documentation
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper approvals and coding
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing
Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and records
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues
Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required
