Business and Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities

In coordination with the CEO, research, explore, lead and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue opportunities
In coordination with the CEO, identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and new business opportunities
Coordinate and oversee, in partnership with Human Resources, employee development programs including continuing education, training, and tuition assistance
Manage internship programs and coordinate with educational institutions for talent development
Support finance team with budgeting, reporting, and tax account coordination with state agencies
In coordination with the CEO, coordinate special assignments and cross-functional projects to support corporate initiatives
In coordination with the CEO, drive community outreach efforts and build relationships with local organizations in education, business, and the community as the Corporate Ambassador
In coordination with the CEO, promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and represent the company in public forums or other areas of interest and focus for the corporation
Ensure compliance with CMMC standards for the company with all associated documents and forms
In coordination with the CEO, maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business and corporate development programs
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Development focused or Education centric position
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager or director position that required performance in supervisory capacities for projects and programs
Must be authorized to legally work within the United States of America
