Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations
Manage store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive store profitability
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and effective manner
Collaborate with other store managers and staff to optimize inventory management and product placement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
Bilingual proficiency is required (English and Spanish or other languages as applicable)
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or management is a plus
