Responsibilities

Provide status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed
Create paperwork to support contractual and non-contractual shipments to external customers, vendors, and between Raytheon facilities
Complete work orders for the production of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements
Maintain production schedules in MRP as necessary to align with factory projections and customer needs
Report on and troubleshoot MRP system generated exceptions; and take corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary
Conduct periodic physical inventory cycles count and reconcile the system
Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc
Perform movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other areas) as needed
This role will work closely with the factory, supply chain and operations teams, to ensure effective program execution. In this role the ownership and use of metrics will be key to maintain system health and drive the level of performance that will support customer expectations

Required

Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field
2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing facility, manufacturing scheduling, planning, inventory cycle and production control
2 years minimum experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret

Preferred

2 or more years of special program access experience
Experience with Tableau, Kinaxis, Business Warehouse
Material planning and order execution experience
Experience with government contracting requirements
