Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed
Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in accounts payable
Preferred
Two years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping
Experience with NetSuite is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred
