Employee/Labor Relations Analyst

NEOGOV is seeking an Employee/Labor Relations Analyst to assist in the research and investigation of claims related to employee and labor relations. Responsibilities

Assist in the research and investigation of claims under the scope of employee and labor relations
Assist with assurance that the University is timely in complying with all affirmative action laws at the federal, state, and local levels
Assist in the mediation and resolution of disputes
Assist in the research, analysis and preparation of grievance and complaint responses
Consult with supervisors and managers and provide advice regarding disciplinary actions, grievance process, interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, CSU policies and procedures, and other employee/labor relations matters
Assist with design, development and delivery of ER training
