Responsibilities
Understanding of how a campaign is built and what's required, we usually build comps, proofs of concepts in the initial creative development to present a 360 campaign. Oftentimes we then build out campaign guidelines for certain projects
This Designer will get their hands dirty, will be helping with deck templates (the whole design team does this too)
This Designer will touch all of our brands - people here aren't tied to any one account. We always aim to staff people based on their strengths and interests/opportunities wherever possible
Starting to use Figma here - ideally this Designer knows or understands the program or open to learning
Qualification
Required
Ideally around 3 years experience
Understanding of how a campaign is built and what's required
Ability to take projects without too much hand holding
Willingness to grow and build with the team
Knowledge or understanding of Figma or openness to learning
