Responsibilities
Work as part of a collaborative team on water and wastewater projects in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado
Analyze data, evaluate design options, and develop solutions that directly support our clients' goals
Prepare design plans, reports, and construction documents for a wide range of projects
Manage multiple assignments with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (completed or within one semester)
You hold an EI certification or can earn it within 12 months of hire
You bring 0-4 years of experience in water/wastewater planning, design, or construction
You communicate clearly, listen well, and deliver polished, timely responses
You are organized, detail-oriented, and driven to produce excellent work
You put customers first and seek feedback as an opportunity to get better
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to develop your technical skills
You enjoy solving problems and making processes more efficient
Preferred
GPA 3.0+ preferred
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, ESRI ArcGIS, InfoWater, or InfoSWMM/InfoWorks (highly preferred)
