Responsibilities
Support and execute validation activities in compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards
Perform critical analysis of validation data and provide recommendations for improvements or corrective actions
Develop, review, and approve validation protocols, reports, and related documentation
Ensure all validation activities are completed according to project timelines and company procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve validation-related issues
Maintain clear, concise communication and documentation throughout all project phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting validation programs in a regulated industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proven ability to work independently with structured guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective follow-up and documentation management capabilities
