Responsibilities

Supervise and train Quality Technicians, ensuring consistent inspection methods, documentation, and adherence to quality standards
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues using structured problem-solving tools and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve defects
Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve quality performance and reduce rework and waste
Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and report findings to leadership while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer specifications, and applicable industry standards

Required
