Responsibilities
Work closely with senior leadership to manage project timelines and deliverables
Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical construction activities
Oversee safety and quality control to maintain compliance with industry standards
Manage project budgets, including forecasting and cost tracking
Handle change orders and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate and manage key subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee submittals, RFIs, and procurement of equipment
Resolve challenges related to labor, materials, and contract administration
Maintain effective communication with design, purchasing, and fabrication teams to streamline project execution
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably on commercial sites
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software such as MS Project, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
