Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives with broad impact
Define and implement engineering best practices for large-scale systems
Design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications and platforms
Drive security, resilience, and observability strategies across systems
Collaborate with senior technical leaders and mentor peers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years working with enterprise platforms (cloud or on-prem)
3+ years Unix/Linux systems administration and scripting experience
3+ years implementing observability solutions for large-scale systems
3+ years designing resilience and failover strategies
Preferred
Expertise in Python for enterprise-scale applications
Experience designing distributed, high-volume systems
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and SecOps practices
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and performance optimization
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines
