Manager, Strategy Consultant – Adult & Feminine Care

Responsibilities
Manage key NA business processes within AFC to ensure delivery, sustainability, and continuous improvement, including: Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), etc
Facilitate the ABP (annual business plan process) to create one year business plans to ensure delivery of short-term business requirements
Lead the innovation governance process ensuring that we deliver game changing innovation to market
Lead core business operations for AFC including leadership team operations support
Lead continuous improvement efforts across core business processes
Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and uncover insights to drive AFC transformation (across feminine care and adult care) to deliver growth and profitability
With the ABU HR leader, evolve the culture, support talent management initiatives in partnership to continue to build talent, attract, engage talent and develop a diverse consumer organization
Plan and drive communication and meetings fostering collaboration within the AFC org: AFC Town Halls, AFC Leadership Team meetings, AFC in-person offsites, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, including business operations, strategy & transformation, or management consulting
Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic insights from complex data
Effective communication and presentation skills, including strong PowerPoint / deck-writing skills; capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience and diverse stakeholders
Brings structure to ambiguous problems and possesses the ability to frame key questions and develop a workplan to answer them
Ability to collaborate and influence teams and cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed organization, including KCNA strategy, marketing directors, research & engineering, regional sector teams, digital CoE, and global teams
Ability to scope projects, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets
Consumer-centric, growth minded, and drives decisions based in consumer insights and demand/needs spaces
Highly motivated self-starter who is performance driven, with demonstrated track record of success working in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of key players, dynamics and trends, key industry analyses and metrics, etc., specifically related to Adult & Feminine Care categories
