Responsibilities
Our Solution Consulting teams are strategically partnered with the sales organization: responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday (Human Capital Management) solution and differentiators as part of a value selling approach
You will be equipped to provide in-depth HCM product knowledge to the sales team and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations
Assist in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions while showcasing the value of our solution
Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation
Assist with responding to prospect Request for Proposals on an as needed basis
Ability to travel ~30%
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional work experience
Bachelor's degree (or a local equivalent experience) in Business Management
Preferred
Previous HR or solution consulting experience is preferred
Business fluency in English; Additional languages is a plus
