Responsibilities
Provide market making and risk management of Brazilian FX and rates products
Strong understanding of the entire Emerging Market complex with a particular strength in LATAM (spot,forward,IRS)
Process oriented open mindset with good understanding of technology and global markets
Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong and succinct communication skills both written and verbal
Strong client focus with the ability to support client requests and keep them up to date on key market developments
An understanding of the need to balance revenue generation while building a client franchise
Experience of BRL onshore spot products
Qualification
Required
expertise in Brazil FX and Rates

ideally 10 plus years of trading experience in Brazil FX and Rates
excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
a passion for following market developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends
driven, with ability to thrive in an environment with a consistently professional manner
