Responsibilities
Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts
Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals
Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently
Respond promptly to client, Account Executive, and Producer requests
Review and provide guidance on policy forms
Communicate with insurance underwriters to address client needs
Stay informed on current carrier and market conditions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
Professional oral and written communication skills in English (second language a plus)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation
Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages
