Responsibilities

Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans
Provide counseling and education on diet, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition into patient care plans
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nutrition interventions
Stay current with the latest research and best practices in dietetics and nutrition
Participate in community outreach and nutrition education programs as required

Qualification

Registered Dietitian credentialBachelor's degree in NutritionMedical nutrition therapyElectronic health records (EHR)Communication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeamwork ability

Required

Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Current licensure to practice as a dietitian in the state of Wisconsin
Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and clinical dietetics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software is a plus
