Responsibilities
Manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes analyzing, planning, and influencing timely execution of the initiatives with high satisfaction
Coordinate and manage business leads, clients, and engineering teams across the globe
Be able to multitask and oversee multiple initiatives at the same time and be able to quickly pivot to key initiatives
Play an active role in the technical risk management portfolio and other highly visible bank-wide initiatives across all the Crews in Global Banking – assessment, creating a centrally visible plan, monitoring the plan, mitigating risks, delivering regular, accurate, and timely progress reports, presentations etc
Analyze, understand, simplify, disseminate data from different sources, and guiding the engineers to complete the initiatives successfully
Ensure that the applicable OKRs are managed effectively so that the OKRs are fully transparent for prioritization and completed successfully on time
Qualification
Required
ideally 7+ years managing large initiatives (mostly technical) as a technical Program Manager or highly technical Business Analyst
good understanding of SDLC, Jira, Gitlab and interest in modern software technology and platforms
firm knowledge of MS Office products especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas etc.), Power Point, Visio, and preferably skilled in Power BI
good understanding of operational processes, preferably within the financial services industry
team player with ability to work across time zones, proactive, individual contributor, influencer, ability to quickly pivot to key initiatives and multi-task with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
experience in building measures that help making conscious data-driven decisions
