Advise business management on legal issues pertaining to client accounts, such as deceased account owner issues, beneficiary disputes, guardianship matters, and powers of attorneys
Analyze firm and client documents associated with client accounts
Coordinate with branch personnel and third parties to resolve issues

Required

ideally 3+ years experience as an attorney either in a law firm or in-house
a law degree and are admitted to practice law in the U.S. (or ability to obtain admission)
sound critical thinking and decision making skills and are comfortable advising all levels of management
ability to work independently and as a team player to meet tight deadlines
proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented
a good communicator with excellent analytical skills
ability to build relationships with coworkers in local and remotely located offices

Preferred

background in financial services or trusts and estates matters strongly preferred
