Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for managing and overseeing all aspects of a private preschool to include health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care
Understands, promotes, and models Primrose School of Bolingbrook's vision, purpose and mission
Passionately believes in and is able to communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning
Lead and ensure compliance with DCFS rules & regulations, Primrose (SSA) and COGNIA Accreditation standards
Lead and put a system in place to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff, using a variety of tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher Evaluations
Actively develops and maintains positive staff relationships and parent partnerships and manages all resources effectively
Conduct tours of the school and interact with children and parents about programs/curriculum
Organizes and conducts staff meetings, workshops, and other school functions. Attend all school events, functions, open houses, etc
Performs necessary management responsibilities to manage all aspects of the school including business management, education, campus environment, and marketing
Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, Teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver
