Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex web and client/server applications
Work with ASP.NET (Blazor), C#, MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL Server
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and support legacy data migration
Perform testing, debugging, documentation, and production support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support Agile delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years of senior-level software development experience
Strong experience with .NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and web technologies
Experience with automation and performance testing
5+ years using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps tools
5+ years working in Agile environments
Preferred
Experience with state financial systems (budget, accounting, reporting)
Exposure to CAPPS or similar statewide ERP systems
