Responsibilities
Travel: Travel is required based on the customer’s location; however, there is the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility
Sales and Support: Provide expert knowledge of Husqvarna robotic mowers, conduct product demonstrations, perform site assessments, and handle installations, maintenance, and repairs
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture customer relationships using the Husqvarna Robotic Product Line. Generate quotes, manage sales orders, and maintain clear communication from installation through to ongoing maintenance
Technical Expertise: Perform product demos, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide excellent customer service. Report to the Sales and Technical Team Leaders
Marketing and Networking: Represent SynaTek at industry events, conferences, and local demo days to build brand awareness and expand your network
Training & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends through continuous training and development
Qualification
Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous experience in golf course maintenance or a sales role within the turf, landscape, or golf market
Familiarity with robotic technologies or a keen interest in learning about robotics
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to master other software tools
