Responsibilities
Engage in the day-to-day transactional integrity and lifecycle processing of the Credit trading desks, through proactive risk identification and remediation, facing off directly with business and senior management
Closely collaborate with Trading, Sales, COO, C&ORC and the Investment Bank Operations teams to deliver real-time risk management services and end of day controls measured by daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Execute the digital transformation vision through analysis of existing product flows from front to back, identifying and delivering improvements to enhance our internal and external client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance
Experience focusing on Fixed Income, preferably Credit Derivatives and Corporate securities including calculations and validation of lifecycle events
Experience facing off to the business heads (Sales/Trading/COO) and senior operations managers is beneficial
Understanding of the front-to-back lifecycle of a trade
Advanced problem-solving techniques
Preferred
FINRA Licensed (S99, S7, S63) is helpful but not required
Understanding of Automation tools including Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. E.g., Alteryx, Python, VBA macros is helpful but not required
