They are in search of a highly motivated Tech Analyst to translate business goals into actionable items, coordinate user acceptance testing, and partner with various teams to ensure operational feasibility.

Responsibilities

Translates business goals into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog hygiene

Runs process mapping (as is/to be), captures dependencies, and documents intents, journeys, and escalation paths

Coordinates UAT readiness (test data, scenarios, sign off) and maintains traceability from requirements to tests

Partners with CX/Conversation Design and Contact Center Ops for operational feasibility

Elicits advisor workflows (call handling, notes, follow ups), compliance requirements, and CTI use cases

Produces process maps & story Client for screen pop, dispositions, call logging, and data capture

Aligns Tableau dashboard KPIs and semantic definitions with business stakeholders

Coordinates UAT scenarios for CTI failover, routing rules, and dashboard validation
