Responsibilities
Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rental HVAC equipment in the shop and on job sites
Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Provide hands-on customer support and basic equipment training
Document all work thoroughly using modern service systems
Travel to customer sites and support seasonal overtime needs
Qualification
Required
608 Universal EPA Certification REQUIRED
Clean driving record and 21+ years of age
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical/electrical aptitude
Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field settings
Clear communication skills with customers and teammates
Ability to travel (including overnights) throughout the PNW
Preferred
HVAC education/training preferred: 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, HVAC, field maintenance, or related work OR HVAC Tech School can be used in lieu of 3-5 years experience
