Responsibilities

Follow DoD guidelines for shipping/receiving classified information in order to

Prepare shipments of classified and unclassified equipment and media

Receive shipments of classified and unclassified equipment and media and inventory items in the lab appropriately

Track inventory in secure space. Perform asset transfers to sister lab in Warminster, PA

Participate in overall security of lab by assisting in audits and verify incoming visitors

Working as a team to validate clearances and access to secure spaces

Document and implements new and existing processes for working more effectively and managing library of documents and media in the lab

High School diploma

Microsoft Teams - hosting meetings and interacting with team members and file share

An active DoD Secret Clearance is highly desired, but the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance is required

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred

Facilities Security knowledge is a plus

Prior work with a FSO (Facilities Security Officer) and/or a basic understanding of requirements for protecting classified information
