Responsibilities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and market trends during monthly business reviews to inform strategic decision-making
Analyze business and financial data to make recommendations including product line margins, market share, and end markets
Forecast future revenue for the SIOP process, AOP, and quarterly budgeting
Drive process improvements to automated reports and dashboards for upper management
Supply the sales team with relevant data and insights to improve customer relationship management and sales strategies
Compile data and presentations related to commercial operations and sales
Report analysis to senior leadership and lead discussion
Support a shared vision for commercial operations’ initiatives
Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365 products: Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
Effective communicator and critical thinker
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Salesforce or CRM reporting experience preferred
