They are seeking a Tech Service & Product Manager to lead a global team of AV engineers, oversee the design and integration of AV systems, and manage AV product engineering solutions from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global team of AV engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the design, integration of AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and digital streaming
Manage AV product engineering solutions from conception to completion
Collaborate with Product Owners, Operational peers, internal clients, and other departments to align AV solutions with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
ideally, 7+ years of experience in AV engineering, with ideally 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AV Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
proven experience with AV systems such as Crestron, Cisco, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and similar platforms
strong understanding of networked AV, signal flow, and control systems
knowledge of IT networking principles and collaboration tools such as Gitlab
budgeting and vendor management experience
excellent project management and organizational skills
exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
