Vendor/Buyer Manager, Worldwide Grocery Category Management
Amazon is looking for a talented Vendor Manager responsible for managing vendor relationships and setting the strategic direction for their business across Amazon Grocery banners. The role involves driving negotiations with vendors, developing long-term strategies, and working cross-functionally to implement solutions that address customer pain points.

Responsibilities
Drive strategic negotiations with large vendors and represent Amazon when meeting with senior leaders
Develop long-term strategies and significantly influences cross-category plans
Work cross functionally, both within Amazon and the strategic vendor, and implement scalable, simple and automated solutions to address customer pain points
Create opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and brand- building for multiple sub-categories
Audit metrics regularly, determine and prioritize business opportunities, identify risks and make recommendations to pursue
Identify industry trends and develop innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth
Qualification
Required
1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
Preferred
Experience in process improvement
Experience managing large amounts of data
