They are seeking a Client Associate to support Financial Advisors in servicing high net worth clients by managing client information, handling service requests, and assisting in business development activities.

Responsibilities
Keep management systems up-to-date with client information
Educate clients on account services and capabilities
Handling day to day service requests from clients
Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
Provide support for client relationship building and business development activities
Qualification
Required
ideally 2+ years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector
bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on business or finance
excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
demonstrate problem solving skills as well as analytical and organizational skills
detail oriented and a proficiency in multi-tasking
desire to learn about financial markets
Preferred
series 7 and 66 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
