Walmart Canada is seeking a Digital Coach to guide and develop associates through effective training and collaboration. This role supports store operations by integrating technology, driving customer service excellence, and promoting continuous learning to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by providing training, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance associate performance

Communicate and collaborate with associates at all levels to support store operations and implement business initiatives

Model and uphold exceptional customer service standards aligned with company service models

Drive financial performance by monitoring profit and loss, managing budgets, and controlling expenses

Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and adaptability to support business objectives

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards while promoting a positive workplace environment
