Responsibilities

Provide valuable assistance for industrial, construction, and residential construction equipment, offering expert advice and support to both new and existing customers
Actively prospect for new accounts and nurture current customer relationships by taking a consultative approach, ensuring our offerings align with their needs
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leveraging knowledge of Acme Tools’ product range, service capabilities, and ongoing programs
Identify opportunities and make tailored product or service recommendations
Schedule appointments to meet with customers at their work sites or businesses, where you showcase products through informative demonstrations
Guide customers through starting procedures and breaking-in periods, and follow up to ensure their satisfaction while resolving any potential issues
Actively participate in store events, operate and maintain a company vehicle and any provided technology resources, and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently

Required

2+ years of direct customer service experience, preferably in territory sales
Excellent customer service and communication skills, prior knowledge or use of tools and equipment, and strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
The ability to work in-store on Saturdays as business dictates
Lift up to 50 lbs
Look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
