HEPCO, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support the Climate Division with research, data analysis, and project coordination activities. The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and providing administrative support to division leadership.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analyze data to support Climate Division projects and daily operations
Source, clean, analyze, and present data related to climate and economic initiatives
Assist with data-driven projects, including organizing and preparing reports and visualizations
Provide administrative and organizational support to division leadership
Manage schedules, track project progress, and support day-to-day project coordination
Create and update project timelines and documentation
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Certificate
Minimum of two years of experience in project management
Minimum of one year of experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, advanced filtering, sorting, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to present data clearly using charts, tables, and visual formats
Ability to read, understand, and interpret climate-related, economic, and technical research materials
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
