This role will provide strategic and operational management for financial benefits aimed at enhancing the financial health of employees worldwide, while collaborating with various internal stakeholders and vendor partners.

Responsibilities
Oversee and provide operational program management for a portfolio of financial benefits
Manage vendor relationships and influence vendors to raise the bar on both product and service
Collaborate with internal teams to review data and partner on solutions to employee needs
Track key program performance metrics to ensure programs are high performing and producing desired outcomes
Partner with Payroll, Benefits Technology, Legal, Procurement, and other internal teams to run RFPs and launch new programs
Explore and implement AI-driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience
Qualification
Required
Experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field; OR 10 years of equivalent experience
5+ years vendor or client management experience
Experience delivering exceptional employee or customer-facing programs
Preferred
8+ years of leading large complex programs experience
Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations
Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
10+ years of financial industry experience involving banks or credit unions or 10+ years benefits management experience
