Responsibilities
Manage end to end process of recruiting and training administrative support staff and provide ongoing management and support for development
Follow up local issues that have been identified by the management team and escalate when necessary
Support and drive strategic firm initiatives
Identify and implement cost efficiencies with office (P&L management)
Coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures
Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating administrative support staff on best practices on the 'client experience'
Partner with the management team and the Home Office to address management or staffing issues
Qualification
Required
