Responsibilities

Drive earned media efforts by researching reporters, developing creative pitch angles, conducting outreach, and staffing media interviews
Write high-quality PR materials including press releases, pitches, bylined articles, and client-ready communications
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, thoughtful reporting, and problem-solving
Actively contribute to client calls with concise updates, insights, and recommendations
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
Collaborate closely with teammates to keep deliverables on track, troubleshoot challenges, and optimize campaign performance
Continuously deepen your understanding of clients' industries, competitive landscapes, and business goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field
2–3 years of public relations experience, including at least 1 year in an agency environment
Demonstrated success supporting or executing earned media relations campaigns
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across formats and audiences
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to take initiative and grow

Preferred

B2B technology experience preferred
Familiarity with media databases and monitoring tools such as Meltwater
Understanding of PR measurement and reporting approaches
